MX-Client part ways with old fashion menu bar located at the top the screen. System management functionality is moved to the application menu, giving more free space for other more important and frequently used elements of an application such as user interfaces, navigation, etc..
Application Menu Button
Application menu is displayed with a click on the application menu button. Through the application menu button user can access several configuration and settings tool which can be used to fine tune MX-Client and entire system. Of course some of the functionalities are only accessible to the users with appropriate user privileges.
Because all content navigation for user interfaces and context navigation is done outside the application menu plain user will hardly ever use the button. If it does features are neatly sorted by the content and functionality they offer.
The button is located in the top left corner of MX-Client. When clicked following functionality or features are exposed:
Login closes all user interfaces, logs out current user and displays login screen. Logoff only closes user interfaces and logs out the user.
In Control Panel all system configurations are done. User must be logged in to access this feature.
Through Add Ins option it is possible to access some of the Add In features.
Contains features for setting MX-Client. User must be logged in to access some of these features.
Section with several options on windows or user interfaces.
Closes MX-Client.
