MX-Client contains several features that enable the user to completely customize work environment in order to make work process more efficient and users more satisfied. Features provide system messaging and take care of audit trail and electronic signature configuration. For ultimate customization personalization directory and runtime localization are available. For detailed system analysis different types of profilers can be used to pinpoint the behaviour and the course of data flow, business logic, security, etc.
It depends on the user’s privileges which Add-Ins are available to him. Only appropriate application role allows access to a certain Add-In. To learn which role allows access to which Add-In see Managing User Role Membership chapter.
Add-Ins are also accessible through quick access toolbar in the top left corner of MX-Client. Quick access toolbar can be located above or below the ribbon. Depending on the privileges, of currently logged user, quick access toolbar contains Add-Ins to which user has access. Some of the Add-Ins are also accessible in the Add-In Panel just above the status bar.
