In Languages section it is possible to manage languages used in the system. All languages defined here will be available for the user to personalize MX-Client, all content user interfaces and their strings.
To add new language to the system
- Run MX-Client.
- Login using account with administrative privileges.
- Click application menu button and select Control Panel.
- Click Localization in Configuration section.
- Select the Languages tab.
- Select new language from the drop down list in Click here to add a new row at the top of the list.
- Confirm the selection by pressing Enter key on the keyboard.
New language is added to the list below. Now it is possible to manage localization for the new language. This applies to both system and content strings. This means that if you wish to manage runtime content localization for a new language, the new language must be created by the procedure described above.
To delete a language from the system
- Run MX-Client.
- Login using account with administrative privileges.
- Click application menu button and select Control Panel.
- Click Localization in Configuration section.
- Select the Languages tab.
- Select the desired language from the list and press Delete key on the keyboard.
- Confirm the deletion. Click Yes.
The language is deleted and can no longer be used for any localization, system or content.
