Configuration is a group of parameters that determine operating characteristics and initial settings for the system. It is possible to configure or customize system for individual profile, workstation and workplace. It is also possible to manage runtime localization of system strings.
All this and a lot more can be accomplished with easy to use, consistent, reliable and professional looking user interfaces. The access to the interfaces is of course protected. Only administrator can access and manage system, profile, workstations and other configuration.

Settings defined here influences entire system; all MX-Clients connected to the same framework database. This means onetime configuration from any station or any place.
Settings defined here can influence the appearance of an application as well as the behaviour and data flow. Business logic can also be depended on settings defined for different sections; system, workstation and workplace.
