User Accounts section in Control Panel is intended for manipulation with user accounts. Based on created accounts security policy is defined in a system. User account is required in order for a user to use an application. User account is also used in the application for identifying and confirming operations with electronic signature.
Section contains user interfaces for managing user accounts, managing various membership of each user account and importing system user accounts. User account can be attached to several different entities. Based on the membership to these entities the behaviour of the user account, in an application, is determined.
Along with username and password user accounts also possess some additional properties that define the behaviour in the system. All user accounts once created are permanent. Because of this data and data flow is kept consistent and transparent throughout unlimited time period.
