Settings and information described below define the user account. All information except username can be modified later by a user with appropriate user credentials.
Personal Information
Personal information defines the user using the account. Two users can have the same personal information.

Avatar
Several commands are available for work with avatar.
Command | Description |
---|---|
Cut | Cuts the picture currently displayed. |
Copy | Copies the picture currently displayed. |
Paste | Paste the picture in the clipboard in the avatar. |
Delete | Deletes currently displayed picture. |
Load | Loads new picture from the file system. |
Save | Saves currently displayed picture to the file system. |
To load avatar
- Right click on the avatar picture.
- Select Load.
- Browse the file containing the picture and click Open.
Login Information
Login information is used for login purposes, for identifying the user and confirming different operations in MX-Client. Username must be unique for the entire system. It is also not possible to change the username.
Information | Description |

User Name | User name is a desired string, containing at the most 128 alphanumerical characters. It must be unique for the entire system. Once user account is created, user name cannot change. |
Security Code | Security code is an extra security code, an edition to the password. User account can be created without security code. |
Confirm Security Code | A conformation of security code for the user account. |
Advanced Settings
Advanced settings are used to determine the behaviour of the user account in the system.
Setting | Description |
---|---|
Account Is Disabled | Defines whether the account is active or not. If the account is disabled it cannot be used to login in MX-Client. |
User Can Change Password | Defines whether a user can change its own password. To change the password use User Information interface. To access it, click Application Menu -> Settings ->User Information. |
Account Expires | Defines whether an account expires. Using this feature the account will be disabled after the date specified in Expiration Date setting. |
Expiration Date | Defines the date after which the account is disabled. Date can be defined only when Account Expires setting is checked. |
Password Expires | Defines whether the password for the account expires. If setting is checked user will have to change password after the period, defined as a system setting, is over. |
Domain Information
Domain information is used for imported domain user accounts. It is only possible to view information and not edit them.

Security Id | Defines security identical number for domain user account. |
Domain User Name | Defines the user name of the domain account. |
User Account Is Domain Account | Defines whether the account Defines whether the account is a domain account. |
Note that the domain account can only be used when the domain is available. If the domain is down, login will not be possible using domain accounts.

Section contains additional information, email and short description, about the user.
