In order for the user to be able to store templates in a directory, he must have appropriate security privileges on the directory. It is possible to define security policy not only for individual users but for all standard security entities in MX-Frame. It is also possible to define security for different types of access or different actions.
Action | Description |
---|---|
Select | If action is allowed user can see the files in the directory. If action is denied user will not be able to see any of the files in the directory nor use them. |
Create | If action is allowed user can store templates in the selected directory. |
Modify | If action is allowed user can overwrite existing files. If action is denied user cannot overwrite any file, instead new file must be generated. |
