User interface for managing existing workgroups is modern and easy to use interface. It contains a list of existing workgroups, general information for each group and command for saving changes. General information can be modified to the user’s desires.

Workgroup cannot be deleted. This is done because workgroup can be referenced by several different sections or features in MX-Frame. For example in order to ensure full consistency and transparency of data, data flow and security workgroup must be available at all time.

Existing Workgroups

Existing workgroups are located in the list in section Existing Workgroups. Workgroups are grouped by the first character of its name. By default groups for the first three letters are displayed. To access more groups use configuration buttons at the bottom of the list.

To modify existing workgroup

1. Run MX-Client.
2. Login using account with administrative privileges.
3. Click application menu button and select Control Panel.
4. Click Manage in Workgroups section.
5. Select appropriate workgroup from the list Existing Workgroups.
6. Fill fields Name and Description with appropriate values.
7. Click Save.
